scan, furrow brow, repeat

I finished the piece I had been working on for so long!  Wrapping up all the loose ends was not as daunting of a task as I imagined.  I did scan pieces FOREVER, though. I kept getting frusterated during the process and wanted to give up.  To amuse myself, I:

- Tweeted about how much I really want a cat.  Then received some @replies that made me want a cat even more.

- Thought of the motivating words of a Project Runway, season 2 contestant: “You can cry and cut, but you gotta be cutting”.

This is the largest piece I’ve made in… at least three years? Probably more like four or five.
